Обязанности:

1. Responsible for the operation and management of the entire subsidiary business, including but not limited to the collection, analysis and reporting of sales data, to ensure the effective execution of sales activities.
2. Maintain customer database, ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, provide sales reports and analysis.
3. Undertake the training work of the sales management department, including but not limited to product knowledge, sales skills, marketing strategies, and external publicity and implementation of department system requirements, and ensure that all relevant personnel understand and comply with the company's requirements.
4. Support market research and assist in the development of sales strategies.
5. Assist the network department to expand sales channels, assist the sales team to manage customer relations and after-sales service.
6. Improve sales process and system, improve work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
7. Solve problems in sales operation and coordinate internal departments to ensure smooth process.

Требования:

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business management or related.
2. Experience: at least 3 years of sales operation or related work experience.
3. Language: Good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required.
4. Skills: Excellent organizational ability, data analysis ability and problem solving ability.
5. Knowledge: Familiar with sales process, customer service and data analysis.
6. Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office software, CRM system and other sales tools.
