Your Mission

We are developing a platform responsible for automating compliance processes and anti-financial crime operations (AML) across several companies within the group.

Our team’s mission is to build a modern RegTech platform that will automate financial transaction monitoring, ensure compliance with Central Bank requirements, reduce manual efforts, and improve the efficiency of internal processes.

Your Role in the Team

• Develop and enhance backend services for the AML and RegTech platform.
• Build new products and automate compliance processes in accordance with Central Bank requirements.
• Develop transaction monitoring services, event-processing solutions, and regulatory reporting systems.
• Work with microservice architecture, message queues, and high-load services.
• Design and optimize databases and APIs.
• Integrate internal and external systems.
• Participate in developing AI-powered solutions to automate analysis and monitoring processes.
• Contribute to technical decisions, architecture design, and platform evolution.

The skills needed to Join Us

• 5+ years of commercial development experience as a Back-end or Full-stack Engineer.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles.
• Strong expertise in PHP (Laravel) and/or C# (.NET).
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience working with Kafka and Redis.
• Understanding of distributed systems, integrations, and microservice architecture principles.
• Experience developing REST APIs.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and participate in architectural design decisions.

Extra competencies

• Experience working with AML, Compliance, FinTech, or RegTech systems.
