Description.

We are looking for DevOps/SysAdmin engineer to join the ICT Production department. As a senior engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing DevOps infrastructure, servers, systems, and storages. Moreover, you will supervise operations team, monitoring system performance and propose new technology strategies for software and hardware. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills, professional experience with various operating systems, shоwleadership skills in managing your team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain DevOps infrastructure based on K8S (kubeadm, kubespray)

• Implement required systems, solutions, and processes needed to monitor systems and related infrastructure

• Implement and oversee all aspects of the cloud environment including provisioning, scale, monitoring, and security.

• VMware Experience managing VSphere, ESXi deployment and virtual servers

• Installation, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Linux (CentOS and RHEL) servers

• Installation, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of windows servers

• Responsible for installation of systems and software, including system patches and upgrades

• Establish high availability and quality of service for banking systems in a way to ensure all environments are operational and available on a 24/7 service level

• Ensure all banking systems adhere to security and compliance best practices with necessary alerting matrix and real-time notification and reporting about infrastructure health status

• Take care of the daily backup and assure data integrity

• Troubleshooting any problems raised and work on providing solutions

• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned in their field

• Will assist in the development of proposals for recommending upgrades to software/hardware, and plan for sizing and scaling of servers

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for implementation and maintenance of all key systems

• Document systems, configurations, and operational instructions

• Delivery of technology strategies, aligned with business objectives and with a focus on cloud migrations

• Provide direct and technical leadership to operations team and act as an escalation point for implementations performed by the team

• Continuously improve delivery quality and efficiency through automation and support initiatives in standardization across projects and automation

• Review with each team member on their performance, regular mentoring & coaching team members, follow-up on competence development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent experience. Master Degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting physical and virtual systems and cloud administration

• Professional experience with server components and operating systems in data center, cloud, and hosted configurations

• Professional knowledge of networking and storage technologies

• Relevant industry certifications such on System integrator, Solution Architect, Microsoft MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure

• Experience in scripting and building required automation using standard technologies such as puppet, ansible, PowerShell and others

• Experience with Active directory, root CA, and exchange servers is plus
