Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the stability, reliability, and continuous availability of the Core Banking System (CBS);
• Own the end-to-end resolution of CBS incidents, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordination of issue resolution across applications and servers;
• Deploy releases and patches provided by both the vendor and the bank's internal development team;
• Maintain and continuously improve the knowledge base, including operational procedures, technical documentation, standards, and support guidelines;
• Lead and coordinate support-related initiatives such as monitoring implementation and optimization, onboarding new CBS modules, server migrations, software upgrades, and other infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in enterprise application support, development, or systems analysis;
• Experience working with Core Banking Systems or banking domains such as accounts, postings, accruals, and contracts is highly preferred;
• Strong SQL skills, including JOINs, subqueries, aggregate functions, and query optimization;
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts;
• Ability to read, understand, and analyze application code;
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, or AppDynamics, as well as log analysis systems;
• Proven experience independently leading technical initiatives or projects within a support team.
