Обязанности:

• Responsible for the legal affairs of the overseas subsidiary. Formulating mechanisms for risk prevention and control, emergency handling and response.
• Researching laws and policies related to the operation, with respect to laws and regulations of the Central Asia area (Uzbekistan and so on). Providing legal advice for the company's decision making and business operations. Carrying out relevant legal training for colleagues.
• Responsible for the identification, analysis, evaluation, and response of legal risks for the operation of the overseas subsidiary (namely “BYD Central Asia” LLC). Providing legal support for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating involved contracts (in English or in Russian), internal disciplines and policies, and other legal documents.
• Responsible for the followup of local litigation and non-litigation legal affairs.
• Processing other works assigned by the leader.

Требования:

• Bachelor or higher degree in law, with a good understanding of legal systems in Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) or the Central Asia area is preferred.
• Educational experience at a Russian law school highly preferred.
• Russian or Uzbekistan bar qualification preferred.
• More than 5 years of work experience, including more than 2 years of overseas work experience or foreign-related legal affairs management experience, automotive and other manufacturing industry working experience is preferred.
• Strong ability and rich experience in dealing with legal compliance matters, including but not limited to Data Protection,Competition law, Export Control. Skilled in handling cross-cultural and multi-jurisdictional legal matters.
• High level of Russian and English language fluency.
• Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems, good communication and coordination skills, efficient execution, strong ability to work under pressure and team management.
• Proactive, diligent, rigorous work attitude; able to complete all kinds of work independently.
• Experiences in handling oversea investment projects or litigation cases for Chinese enterprises is preferred.
