• Lead and oversee the planning, design, and construction phases of building retrofit projects, ensuring delivery on

• time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate retrofit solutions into existing building

• structures with minimal disruption.

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality, applying project management best practices.
• Review and approve project plans, method statements, and technical submittals related to retrofit works.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability targets.
• Monitor construction progress on-site, managing construction logistics, phasing, and interface with ongoing building

• operations.

• Lead coordination meetings and prepare regular project reports for clients and senior management.
• Manage change control processes, including scope changes, time extensions, and cost impacts.
• Oversee procurement strategies and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Support handover and commissioning phases, ensuring proper documentation, testing, and closeout.

• 15+ years of experience in managing complex construction projects, with proven experience in retrofitting/ren-

• ovating occupied buildings.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems, structural strengthening, and phased retrofit methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, FIDIC) and tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience working with government, institutional, or commercial clients is preferred.
• Language: Fluency in Uzbek and Russian; good command of English (spoken and written).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
