Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement a comprehensive content and SMM strategy for Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms;

– Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos about AICA’s activities and events;

– Manage a detailed content calendar and ensure timely publishing;

– Grow and engage our audience, increasing reach and interaction;

– Work closely with designers, video editors, and the PR/events team;

– Provide live coverage of AICA and partner events;

– Analyze social media performance and optimize content strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

– Minimum 1 year of experience in SMM or digital marketing;

– Strong written communication skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English ;

– Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Figma;

– Understanding of social media trends and audience targeting;

– Experience working with engagement analytics;

– Creativity, independence, and attention to detail;

– Interest in technology, AI, or innovation is a big advantage.

Conditions:

– Office located in the center of Tashkent (near Tashkent City, Paxtakor/Mustaqillik metro stations);

– Flexible work format: remote work is allowed, at least 1 day per week in the office is required;

– Salary: 5,000,000 UZS
