Social Media & Web Content Manager
Company: PharmaStaff/Rx4Route
Location: On-Site | Full-Time

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media & Web Content Manager to manage our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and our company website. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and experienced in content creation and platform management, with a proven portfolio of past work.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow PharmaStaff and Rx4Route LinkedIn and Instagram accounts

Create and schedule engaging content aligned with brand strategy

Maintain and regularly updаtеwebsite content (job postings, blog articles, announcements)

Format and publish written content with attention to branding and readability

Ensure consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across platforms

Track engagement and performance metrics; provide insights and suggestions

Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media and content

Strong writing, editing, and basic graphic creation skills

Familiarity with Figma

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Must provide a portfolio showcasing prior social media and/or content management work

Fluent Russian and English IELTS 7 or above

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later

Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices

Experience in the healthcare, pharmacy, or staffing industry is a plus

Position Details:
Full-Time

On-Site (location: Tashkent, Yashnabod region)

Monday to Friday

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
