Responsibilities:

• Experience in planning, executing and analysing acquisition campaigns via face to face fund development or direct sales channels and tools;
• Knowledge of direct contributions attraction/sales techniques and principles, including methods of tracking and monitoring results, performance, budget;
• Experienced in F2F Fund development/direct Sales recruitment and location scouting;
• Experienced in database management (segmentation, CRM);
• Self-motivated, determined, innovative, pro-active and with a “can do” mentality, i.e. ability to identify and take advantage of financial support opportunities;
• Strong leadership and coaching skills and the ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve results;
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to work in coordination with a larger team (fund development and communication team, project implementation team);
• A strong result-orientation combined with a proven competence in strategic planning, analysis and evaluation.

Requirements:

• A proven track record of at least 2-4 years in marketing or sales - depending on the educational background;
• Expertise in face to face financial support attraction channel, direct sales or telemarketing;
• University degree in business administration, psychology or marketing;
• Fund development approach - optimistic person; creative and result oriented; data driven approach to every aspect of the job; attitude of never-give-up and try-again;
• Good command of English, Russian and Uzbek.
