Your day-to-day:

• Workwith internal stakeholders to prioritize business tasks;
• Planning and executing consumer engagement activities in retail tobacco stores, ensuring effective allocation of internal, partner, and agency resources in line with commercial objectives;
• Analyzing consumer behavior at POS and adjusting activities based on gathered insights, competitor actions, and performance indicators;
• Ensuring monthly achievement of KPIs and optimizing task execution through timely reporting and performance analysis;
• Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with retail chains, distributors, and agencies, ensuring compliance with PMI standards and local regulatory requirements;
• Leading and supporting the field team: recruitment, onboarding, training, goal-setting, and providing feedback to ensure high performance and continuous development;
• Collaborationwithmarkets and local partners;
• Monitoring and supporting agency staff (hostesses) who provide product information to adult consumers;
• Cross-functional collaboration with markets, sales teams, trade and brand marketing, planning, and reduced-risk product teams to ensure coordinated execution of tasks;
• Managing budgets, monitoring agency contracts, verifying service quality, and ensuring accuracy of financial documentation;
• Negotiation of terms of cooperation, maintenance and conclusion of contracts;
• Promoting PMI’s corporate image through responsible marketing practices and full compliance with the Marketing Code and national legislation.

Who we're looking for:

• Experience in sales, trade marketing, or consumer activation, preferably in the FMCG sector or a related industry;
• Strong planning skills, analytical abilities, and leadership qualities;
• Experience in managing teams and external partners;
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills;
• Higher education;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level and above.
