We are looking for talented individuals with System Analyst experience to join our team.

Primary Focus:

• Participating in the design, development, testing, launch, and maintenance of the product
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders, communicating with the development team and the product owner
• Analyzing the current system, high-level design of changes, preparing technical specifications and documentation, and breaking down tasks
• Investigating client incidents to identify issues and optimize processes

Qualifications:

• Experience with BPMN 2.0 notations and UML diagrams
• High-level system design skills
• Task decomposition, technical documentation, and specification writing skills
• Understanding of microservices architecture and REST approach
• Knowledge of database structures and Kafka
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Curiosity and a growth-oriented mindset
• Analytical and problem-solving thinking, attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Russian languages

Nice to have:

• Higher education in technical or mathematical fields
• Experience in fintech and/or banking
• Commercial experience in a product team
• Experience with ERD and CJM modeling
• Experience using SQL queries and working with relational databases
• API testing skills using Postman
• Proficiency in Excel
