Responsibilities:

• The sequence of the timely process of document flow on department's all projects
• Work in all internal systems of the company, leading the documentation (NERP, BQMS, ECMS, etc.)
• Cooperation with Legal and Procurements teams, monitoring timely implementation of all processes for launching projects
• Project leading and launching in the systems in all stages of PP, PO, PR, annexes requests and creations
• Communication with vendors on document workflow during project launches, closing
• Receiving and verification of all closing documents with evidence
• Controlling of the timely payment to vendors

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar position
• Basic knowledge of MS office
• Knowlege of Russian and English, Uzbek
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communicator, proactive team player, self-motivated
• Able to present results and insights in clear ways
• Good communication skills
• Attentive to the details
• Flexibility and easily trained
