Recruitment activities
▪️Source, review and screen qualified potential candidates using all available job boards.
▪️Review job applications to identify, vet and recommend optimal candidates for available positions, maintaining positive relationships with candidates.
▪️Prepare a longlist of candidates for initial review by the recruiter.
▪️ Reach out to candidates and be the first point of contact.
▪️ Conduct HR screening interview with all shortlisted candidates ensuring a thorough company introduction and a detailed description of the role.
▪️ Assist the Recruiters by performing basic screening of job applicants over the phone to ascertain whether they meet the minimum requirements of the open position.
▪️ Schedule and coordinate business interviews.
▪️ Perform background and reference checks on shortlisted candidates.
▪️Prepare offer letters for selected candidates in line with the business and rewards team recommendation.
▪️Maintain and updаtеpersonnel records, ensuring employee information is accurately stored in files for traceability (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details). and that all compliance issues are met with regards to the recruitment process

Minimum Qualifications
▪️A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any other related field.
Minimum Experience
▪️2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human resources.
▪️Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
Minimum Skills
▪️Excellent interpersonal skills, English verbal, written, editing, research, and verbal communication skills.
▪️Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
▪️Fully understand workflow and process and must be able to deliver while managing competing priorities.
▪️Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding personnel information.
▪️Have an opinion and be able to express it constructively and effectively
▪️Strong attention to detail.
