We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Office Assistant / Junior Engineer to support our project and office operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office tools, and basic planning and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and updating drawings in AutoCAD
• Preparing reports, letters, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Assisting in planning and scheduling activities
• Maintaining project documentation and records
• Coordinating with site teams and management for progress updates
• Supporting day-to-day administrative and technical office functions

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting, layout work)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of project planning and documentation
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
