Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Answering incoming customer inquiries
• Explaining products and services clearly
• Promoting and selling company products/services
• Identifying customer needs
• Following up with existing or potential clients

• Maintaining customer records and updating databases
• Preparing sales reports
• Building long-term customer relationships

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to speak confidently with customers over the phone
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team

• Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally
