KPMG is looking for a Tender Specialist in Tashkent.

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of all tender sites;
• Working with electronic trading platforms;
• Preparation of tenders and commercial proposals;
• Control and support of won tenders in terms of contracts and acts on electronic trading platforms;
• Document management;
• Processing of incoming requests;
• Reporting.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience of at least 3 years in the field of tender management, procurement, logistics, office management or similar area, involving work with document flow;
• Confident MS Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Fluent Russian, at least intermediate Uzbek and English;
• Ability to establish effective business contacts with employees of different official categories;
• Skills of effective work time planning, the ability to cope with several tasks simultaneously;
• Ability to work with a large flow of information;
• Attention to detail;
• Analytical skills.
