Обязанности:

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales objectives

• Plan and implement in-store activities: promotions, POS materials, visibility tools, etc.

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and category teams to align trade plans with brand objectives

• Analyze market and sell-out data to optimize trade investments and promotional effectiveness

• Build strong partnerships with retailers and distributors to ensure excellent execution at point-of-sale

• Monitor competitor activities and shopper trends to propose innovative trade solutions

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales (preferably in FMCG)

• Solid understanding of retail channels and shopper behavior

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel / Power BI / Nielsen or similar tools

• Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills

• Fluency in English and Russia, Uzbek (preferably)
