Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Execute UA campaigns on social media, search engines, and ad networks targeting kids apps.

• Goals Achievement: Achieve targets for user volume, quality, and ROI.

• Monitoring & Optimization: Track CPI, CPM, CPA, LTV, and ROAS to improve campaign performance.

• Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with acquisition partners.

• Budget & ROI: Manage UA budget to keep CPA under LTV and maximize ROI.

• Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team on ads for the target audience.

• Performance Reporting: Report on campaign outcomes and insights to management.

• Compliance: Ensure marketing adheres to legal standards for children’s content.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in user acquisition or digital marketing, preferably in kids apps.

• Skills: Strong analytical and creative strategy skills.

• Communication: Excellent communication for teamwork and reporting.

• Technical: Knowledge of UA platforms, analytics tools, and ad networks for mobile apps.

• Regulations: Familiar with COPPA and children’s content regulations.

• Language: English proficiency at B2+ level.
