We are an EU-based contract manufacturer of dietary supplements, specializing in producing high-quality custom formulas for companies outsourcing our services. With over 14 years of experience, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality and reliability. We are now seeking a qualified and experienced Country Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our business into the market of Uzbekistan.

Responsibilities:

As an Uzbekistan Country Sales Representative, you will:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, supplement manufacturers, pharmacy chains, FMCG chains, and supplement brand owners (we expect you to have a wide network of potential clients that buy dietary supplements (under their own brand), preferably from the EU,

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers,

  • Generate leads and close new business (you would be responsible for the contracts from A to Z),

  • Prepare and submit sales reports,

  • Provide market intelligence and insights,

  • Understand and comply with local regulations and standards related to dietary supplements

  • Build and maintain a strong brand reputation for the company in the Uzbekistan market

  • Work closely with our team in Poland,

  • Represent our company at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in selling private label food supplements / contract manufacturing services of food supplements in Uzbekistan (and other countries of the region); preferably from the EU

  • Strong understanding of the Uzbekistan dietary supplement market

  • Proven track record of success in closing deals between local customers and foreign contract manufacturers of food supplements (preferably from the EU)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Fluency in English and local language(s)
