Responsibilities:

• Design and implement lesson plans that integrate traditional art techniques (drawing, painting, sculpture, etc.) with digital media (digital illustration, graphic design, animation, etc.).
• Incorporate art history and theory into lessons to provide context and inspiration for students.
• Teach fundamental and advanced skills in traditional media such as charcoal, watercolor, acrylics, and clay.
• Guide students in using digital tools, including Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
• Encourage creativity, experimentation, and critical thinking in students' artistic processes.
• Create a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom and media lab, ensuring proper use of materials and equipment.
• Stay current with trends and developments in both traditional and digital art.
• Attend and actively participate in regular staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences and school-wide initiatives and projects.
• Contribute to school-related events, exhibitions, and art shows.

• Requirements:
• Fluency in English, Uzbek and Russian both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in both traditional art techniques and digital art software..
• Prior teaching experience in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fostering creativity and artistic growth in students.
• Experience with animation, 3D modeling, or video editing.
• Knowledge of art history and contemporary art movements.
• Familiarity with digital photography and image editing.
