What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recruiting students for Work and Travel and international exchange programs

• Conducting interviews and screening candidates

• Guiding applicants through the full journey — from first interest to placement

• Collaborating with our international partners and team

What You Must Have:

• Experience in recruitment or candidate selection

• Knowledge of Work and Travel programs — or direct participation is a big plus

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
