• Organize classroom lectures and coursework.
• Planning and preparing lessons. Prepare materials and activities.
• Encouraging student participation.
• Assisting students for understanding all prescribed texts, offering academic support to students, and ensuring a safe learning environment.

• Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans.
• Observe and evaluate student's performance and development.
• Help each student to identify his or her strengths, abilities, talents and interests. Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior.
• Setting assessments and overseeing examinations.
• Assign homework and interesting exercises. Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.

• Teaching American English Curriculum
• Educating students on proper spoken and written use of English.
• Taught one on one and group class ages 2-5 years old, elementary, high school and adults.
• Conducting activities and lessons based on ESL teaching methodologies (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening).
• Using English books, dictionary, flash cards, music, singing, dancing, arts, etc. as instructional materials.
• Motivational strategies: building healthy relationship with students, use examples as often as possible, using all types of resources available and providing specific praise to students for little and big things.
• Ability to teach students of all ages and from different backgrounds. Display patience and cultural awareness.
• Provide English language lessons to students from different backgrounds and cultures.
• Responsible for planning lessons and activities, adopting a creative approach, and encouraging and motivating students to learn.
• Create an environment that is conducive to learning.
• Motivating students and using humor to induce a pleasant learning environment
• Encourage students to interact with each other to improve their English-speakingskills.
• Maximizing students’ talk time through oral tests and presentations.
• Communicating with the Department Head or Principal, as needed to maintain standardized guidelines.
• Ability to teach students of all ages and from different backgrounds. Display patience and cultural awareness.
• Encouraging and engaging students to always speak in English. Keeping accurate records of student performance.
