• Coordinate with Employer on Projects HSE issues
• Provide HSE leadership and technical expertise to Subcontractor personnel to continuously improve Safety Management System
• Preparation and reviews HSE Procedures
• Coordination of HSE & Security team
• Identify the unsafe condition and coordinate with responsible personnel for immediate rectification of safety related problems
• Participates/initiates HSE Audits, inspections, and Safety Reviews
• Ensure the implementation of Contractor HSE and Project Procedures
• Coaching and promoting worksite safely by taking regular site safety patrols ensuring inappropriate practices are being corrected and over inspected
