I was responsible for managing the company’s local network infrastructure, monitoring internet and server connectivity, and ensuring stable and secure network performance. I configured and maintained routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections to guarantee reliable communication across the organization.
In addition, I worked with telephony systems (including VoIP and RingCentral) and provided technical support to end-users. I have theoretical knowledge of various network protocols and technologies, including:
HTTP, HTTPS, VoIP, Proxy, TCP/IP, RDP, SSH, Telnet, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VirtualBox, WinBox, and VMware.
This background has helped me build a strong theoretical understanding of network configuration, troubleshooting, system virtualization, and network security management.
