Elixir Developer

Building backend systems that power government procurement workflows. Most of the work is around
handling complex business logic and legal requirements while keeping the system fast and stable. It's
a fault-tolerant system made up of several clustered nodes, each with a specific role — from the
gateway to services handling SMS and email notifications.

Worked on the backend for a payment system. Focused on making sure transactions were handled
reliably and securely. Built APIs and internal logic for various payment-related flows.

Helped build part of an internal ERP system focused on salary calculations for employees. This
included handling tax and insurance contributions, with a lot of rules and edge cases to cover. The
system consisted of multiple Elixir services running in a cluster and some services written in Node.
Services communicated through RabbitMQ and direct message passing between nodes.

Worked on the backend for a mobile banking app. The system was built from multiple Elixir apps, each
focused on its own task, connected in a cluster. Most of my work was around user-facing features like
cashback, promotions, and an in-app merch store. The app also had one of the first expense analytics
systems on the Russian market — with charts, income/expense breakdowns, and category-based
summaries.
