•  Implemented DeepFace and PyTorch deep learning models to classify customer demographics (age
and gender), providing the sales department with data-driven insights to tailor targeted product

•  Built the Core Knowledge Base for Corporate Chatbot:
•  Led the data collection and structuring initiative to create a comprehensive dataset for the bank’s
website chatbot which consulted clients on loans and deposits based on clients' wages.
•  Transformed unstructured banking data into a queryable knowledge base, significantly improving
