The gas chemical complex based on MTO technology is a modern facility created on innovative technologies for processing natural gas with a low content of valuable components and manufacturing plastic products. The schematic flow diagram includes the following processes. Treated dry natural (commercial) gas is fed to synthesis gas production block of the MeOH unit. Pure oxygen from the air separation unit is directed for synthesis gas recovery. Synthesis gas is converted into methanol at the methanol synthesis block, Page 2 of 4 followed by intermediate goods of the appropriate “MTO-grade” quality. Then methanol is delivered to the MTO (Methanol to Olefin) unit, the heart of the Gas chemical complex.
