We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a 3D Art Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a 3D/VFX team, ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Oversee resource allocation, ensuring effective utilization of team members.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the production pipeline.
• Motivate and retain team members by providing clear guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Continuously review and improve processes and pipelines to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Resolve challenges promptly, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

We Expect you to Have:

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of 5+ members.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Russian.
• A general understanding and interest in 3D or VFX art.
• Experience in game development is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in VFX or 3D is a plus.
