Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the main teacher in preparing lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students in reading, writing, and comprehension activities.
• Help administer and grade assignments, homework, quizzes, prepare handouts and tests, submit exam results to CRM and provide constructive feedback.
• Engage students in discussions and facilitate interactive learning activities.
• Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with the teacher about individual student needs.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
• Invite weakest students’ parents to the center to solve academic issues with the main teacher.
• Call and monitor students’ lessons they must attend in academic support hours.

• Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English (not graduated is okay) or a related field (or in progress).
• Experience: not less than 6 months of experience in teaching English
• Certifications: IELTS 7.0 + (less is not required)
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Russian.

• Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using technological appliances.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Flexibility and creativity in teaching approaches.
