Responsibilities:

• Providing consultation to Uzbek-, Russian-, and English-speaking clients regarding all products and services offered by the company.
• Assisting clients during the registration process within the system.
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new partners.
• Coordinating with internal departments to efficiently resolve client inquiries and address their needs.
• Compiling and preparing monthly reports on work performance and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Uzbek (native or C1 level) and English, Russian (minimum B2 level).
• Good PC ownership.
• Experience with CRM systems and YouTrack platform.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
