Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Calculate and process monthly payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and social contributions
- Coordinate with local banks for payments, transfers, and foreign currency transactions
- Ensure compliance with Uzbek financial regulations, including submission of reports to tax authorities and statistical agencies
- Issue client invoices, track accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of supporting documents
- Support office leadership with basic budget tracking and expense monitoring
