Main duty:

• Scan daily invoice to accounting system;
• Assist to solve employee's reimbursement issue;
• Reconcile bank statements for all bank accounts on a daily basis;
• Prepare accounting reports on corporate card expenditures and balances;
• Review cash withdrawal documents for accuracy and correctness and distribute cash;
• Maintain cash journal and post cash operations into accounting software;
• Prepare month-end closure reports for bank and cash accounts;
• Administrate the system of electronic invoices on daily basis;
• Archive documents based on accounting legislation.

Job requirements:

• Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent;
• Knowledge of financial system: Excel advanced user,1C;
• Time management and multitasking skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Intermediate or above English skills, both oral and written, is preferable.
