Core Responsibilities:​​

​1. Tax Compliance & Reporting​​

• Ensure strict compliance with ​Uzbekistan corporate income tax, VAT, and personal income tax​ regulations
• Maintain organized records of all tax-related documents for audits
• Assist in tax planning to optimize company's tax liabilities

2. Daily Accounting Management:​​

• Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Update customer AR balances and overdue reports in a timely manner.

3. Financial Reporting & Compliance:​​

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

​4. Didox System Operations​

• Daily check​ for new documents in Didox system and follow up with relevant teams
• Issue ​sales invoices and authorization letters​ through Didox platform
• Verify goods receipt confirmation with project teams to ensure proper invoice signing
• Maintain systematic filing of all Didox transaction records

​5. Payroll & Social Insurance Support​

• Assist in calculating and processing ​employee social insurance contributions​
• Help maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
• Support HR department in resolving any social insurance-related queries

​6. Banking Operations​

• Process routine bank transactions including payments and transfers
• Reconcile bank statements on weekly basis
• Prepare necessary documents for bank-related procedures

​Requirements:​​

​Must-Have Qualifications:​​

• Minimum ​3 years​ of hands-on experience with ​Uzbekistan tax system​ (corporate tax/VAT/PIT)
• Proven ability to operate ​Didox platform
• Basic understanding of ​payroll and social insurance​ processes in Uzbekistan
• Experience handling basic ​banking operations​ and reconciliations

​Preferred Skills:​​

• Associate/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Familiarity with ​1C Accounting Software​
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
