Accounting Specialist for Trucking Company

Full – Time

• E&O Global Inc. is recruiting an Accounting Specialist for a large trucking company that successfully

expands our operations and customer base through a high-quality team of employees.

• We are looking for an organized specialist that is experienced and has great communications skills,

self-motivated person with a desire to learn about the growing transportation industry.

• This position will be cross trained to complete all duties in the Accounting function to ensure that

the company is in good financial standing with tasks completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Position Summary:

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for performing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing invoices,

reviewing invoices, and analyzing financial data.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Perform oversight of billing, and collections of accounts receivable.

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

- Communicate with co-workers, management, brokers, customers and others in a courteous and

professional manner

- Other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:

- Experience assisting in the financial reports process preferred

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel

- Eager to learn about the trucking industry

- Detail-oriented with an audit mentality

- Fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek
