About the Role:
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and growing our network of affiliate partners. You will have the opportunity to learn from and work closely with the senior management team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving success in affiliate marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new affiliate partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners, providing proactive support and ensuring their needs are met.
- Offer technical assistance to affiliates as needed, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Analyze affiliate performance data, maintain detailed reports using our specialized affiliate management program, and provide insights to optimize results.
- Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role, preferably in the betting or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using affiliate management software and analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
