We are looking for an AI Manager to join our growing team. We expect that the candidate has experience successfully leading projects and deep knowledge of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

- Planning, organizing, and controlling complex projects related to developing solutions based on AI technologies.

- Ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget, monitoring results, providing regular reports to management and clients.

- Coordinating interactions between development teams, data analysts, machine learning engineers, systems analysts, and product teams.

- Solving technical issues together with technical specialists from the development team.

- Organizing internal communications within the project group as well as external partners, conducting meetings and presentations.

- Analyzing risks and proposing measures to minimize potential problems.

- Preparing work plans and reports, technical specifications, maintaining documentation control.

Requirements

- Higher education degree.

- At least three years of experience working as a Project Manager.

- Deep understanding of project management processes, practical experience applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies, and ability to sеlесtappropriate methodology depending on project specifics.

- Proficiency in planning and resource monitoring tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.

- Effective communication skills and coordination of cross-functional teams.

- Ability to quickly resolve emerging issues and find optimal solutions.

- English language proficiency sufficient for reading specialized literature and participating in international communications.
