Key Responsibilities :

Dedicated role responsible for SamScan and RMAS application support, user account lifecycle management, access control, and coordination with CIS/SDS, ensuring stable daily operations for over 600 active user

SamScan App Support
• User access or registration inquiries;
• Login and password reset issues;
• Resoliving Technical or validation errors;
Support for requests sent to the seuz.bi mailbox:
• Review and resolve each request manually;
• Escalate unresolved issues to CIS/SDS support;
• Prepare and maintain user manuals and auto-reply templates;
• Manage user registration, account updates, and deactivation;
• Handle weekend and holiday requests during weekdays, as promoters/FSMs operate daily.

RMAS Support
Identical to SamScan — account creation, password reset, login issues, and general troubleshooting.
•Adding new product models in product groups to the register in the Customer's online reporting system
• Linking MCS reporting to a retail outlet in the Customer's online reporting system
• Checking the quality of collecting MCS reports in the Customer's online reporting system
• User registration and account lifecycle management
• Authentication and authorization control
• Password and access management
• Audit and activity monitoring
• Role and permission assignment
• Security awareness and data protection compliance
