Assistand the QA/QC department direktor

• Assist the QA/QC Director in daily operations and project coordination.

• Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and checklists.

• Support in organizing and conducting audits, inspections, and certifications.

• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure compliance with company quality standards.

• Coordinate communication between QA/QC Director, project managers, and site teams.

• Collect, analyze, and organize data related to quality control.

• Assist in developing and updating procedures, manuals, and policies.

• Manage scheduling, meetings, and correspondence on behalf of the QA/QC Director.

• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure.

• Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the QA/QC department.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in administration or quality-related roles.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.

• Excellent English (spoken and written).

• Fluent Russian at professional working level.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and perfectionism in documentation.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Full-time employment, 6/1 work schedule.

• Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 .

• Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code.
