• Assist the Head in daily operations and urgent tasks.
• Support in contract signing with parents, ensuring proper documentation, filing them and dealing with parents.
• Manage and organize Accounting-related documents.
• Prepare and process purchase requests for school and kindergarten supplies.
• Communicate with suppliers, manage related contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide flexible support on various urgent departmental needs.

• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Uzbek, Russian, and English (spoken and written).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Flexible and proactive, able to handle urgent and varied tasks.
• Able to work with very different types of people, characters (parents, suppliers, staff).
• Previous experience in finance/administration is an advantage.
