About the Project
Fuel card sales in the U.S. (all sales are conducted within the United States).
Project launch: March 2024.
Part of a logistics group: The project is a division of a U.S. trucking logistics group, which is the market leader in Uzbekistan.
The company is a registered IT Park resident with offices in Tashkent (two offices), Chicago, and Orlando.

Purpose of the Role
To provide organizational and project support to the Director, ensuring efficient workflow, effective coordination of marketing projects, and successful execution of tasks in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide organizational support to the Director: manage calendar, monitor deadlines, handle correspondence, and prepare documents.

• Coordinate marketing projects from task setting to execution (SMM, advertising, content, events).

• Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials (PowerPoint, Canva).

• Collaborate with contractors, designers, marketers, and internal teams.

• Work with project management systems (Trello, Notion, or similar).

• Contribute to the creation of visual materials (Canva, Photoshop).

• Collect and analyze information for marketing research and provide suggestions for campaign improvement.

• Assist in organizing events, business trips, and negotiations.

Requirements

• Experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or Project Manager (preferably 1+ year).

• Proficiency in tools: Trello, Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Excel, Google Docs.

• Understanding of marketing principles and digital communications.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• English proficiency is mandatory.

• Work schedule: 19:00 – 03:00 (5/2).
