We are seeking a young, ambitious, and responsible professional to join our leadership team as an Assistant to the Rector.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administration, education, or management

• Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English (both written and spoken)

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and confidentiality

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Culturally aware and able to handle formal correspondence

• Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full administrative and organizational support to the Rector

• Manage meetings, schedules, and internal communications

• Prepare reports, letters, and presentations in multiple languages

• Coordinate with university departments and external partners

• Maintain confidential information with discretion

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Rector
