We are looking for a highly skilled Auditor-In-Charge/Experienced Audit Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-quality audits and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct the audits in accordance with international standards of audit;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as professional standards;
• Participation in the audit planning process;
• Performing the tasks defined by the audit plan;
• Adherence to professional ethics;
• Delegating tasks to junior audit team members and supervising their work for accuracy and compliance;
• Provide training, coaching and support to junior team members;
• Risk assessment and testing the company internal controls;
• Sharing the information related to the ongoing audit to the members of the audit team and the audit manager;
• Preparing the audit working papers for the audit engagement;

• Preparation and maintenance of audit documentation;

• Take the business trips (when necessary);

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA second level certificate; or other professional qualifications);
• Minimum 2-3 years of audit experience;
• Ability to work independently on different financial statement line items and ability to draw conclusions on them;
• Good knowledge of international standards of audit and international financial reporting standards;
• Striving for continuance development and drive to grow professionally;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and teams.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving/decision making skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines;
• Fluent in English, Uzbek and/or Russian;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
