About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA. We are seeking for a Billing agent. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Agent to join our team and support our expanding client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send invoices to clients based on fuel card usage and pricing agreements;
• Accurately maintain billing records and transaction data in internal systems;
• Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts;
• Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, or payment issues;
• Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure accurate client account information;
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on invoicing, payments, and outstanding balances;
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or a related administrative/finance role (preferred: 1+ years);
• Understanding of financial and accounting processes;
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with billing or accounting software is a plus;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;
• English and Russian fluency required.
