The international FMCG company is looking for Brand Manager to join their team!

Обязанности:

• Develop and implement brand strategies in alignment with the company's overall objectives;
• Conduct research and analysis to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market, competitors, and consumer trends;
• Oversee the creation of advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns;
• Collaborate with various departments, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a unified and effective market presence;
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions, track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics like sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing, and distribution, and develop plans accordingly;
• Manage budgets, ensuring that all branding activities stay within allocated financial plans;
• Monitor and report on brand performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

• 5+ years of work experience in Marketing/Sales dept. and 3+ years in people management (especially In FMCG);
• Languages: English, Russia - С1;
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, media channels and branding;
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.;
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proven experience in project managemen;
• People management principles.

• 5 work days from 08:00 am - 17:00 am, lunch 12.00-13.00;
