• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with the business’s overall goals;
• Conduct research and analysis to maintain an in-depth understanding of the market, competitors, and consumer trends;
• Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns;
• Collaborate with different departments, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure a cohesive and effective market presence;
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions. Tracking consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and developing plans based on these insights;
• Manage budgets, ensuring all branding activities are within allocated financial plans;
• Monitor and report on brand performance and adjust strategies as necessary;
• Maintaining project schedule including POSM production, advertising and so on throughout all platforms, aligning with the company’s standards and regulatory requirements;
• Executing marketing initiatives in conjunction with sales objectives and campaigns;
• Coordinating market launches of new products or services along with planned marketing strategies.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience experience in brand management, marketing or a related field;
• Advanced English and Russian;
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, media channels, and branding;
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams;
• Willingness to travel for business trips;
• Working experience in cigarette companies (PMI, JTI, UZBAT) or relevant FMCG field.
