• Develop brand growth through the right strategies and plans for brand reputation monitoring
• Achieve long-term organizational goals through planning and implementing marketing initiatives
• Build brand awareness and propel the company towards its mission and vision
• Integrate with a team consisting of a brand director, assistant brand manager and other marketing professionals

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with the business's overall goals
• Conduct research and analysis to maintain an in-depth understanding of the market, competitors and consumer trends
• Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with different departments, including product development, marketing sales and customer service to ensure a cohesive and effective market presence
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions. Tracking consumers and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution and developing plans based on these insights
• Manage budgets, ensuring all branding activities are within allocated financial plans
• Monitor and report on brand performance and adjust strategies as necessary
• Maintaining project schedule including POSM production, advertising and so on throughout all platforms, aligning with the company's standards and regulatory requirements
• Executing marketing initiatives in conjunction with sales objectives and campaigns
• Coordinating market launches of new products or services along with planned marketing strategies
• Any other tasks requested by the Management and HQ

• Career Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience in total, especially 3+ years in Marketing/Sales dept. and 1+ years in people management
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing or related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, media channels and branding
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in Project management
  • Working experience in cigarette companies (PMI, JTI, UZBAT) or relevant FMCG field
• Knowledge
  • Language: Advanced English and Russian
  • Sales, distribution, marketing, trade marketing, consumers, advertising, business environment, redistributor, WS, chain channels, regional specific of tobacco market
  • Laws related to sales & advertising of tobacco products
  • Data analysis methods and reporting instruments
  • People management principles
  • Sales Information System application

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Working conditions
  • This position is full time regular job and supposed to 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
  • Work location is assigned city or other place if necessary and business trip
  • The organizational structure may change depending on the growth of the KT&G Business and the position and duties may be raised accordingly
