Business Analyst (GenAI)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on experience in GenAI-based solutions. You’ll be working on an innovative project, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and contributing to the design and delivery of AI-driven functionality.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-related projects
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Experience working in Kanban teams and using Jira, Confluence
• Confident working with JSON, SQL, and API tools like Postman/Swagger
• Ability to prepare high-quality documentation, requirements, and presentations for stakeholders
• Usage of UML, BPMN
• Proven experience collaborating with multiple business stakeholders and managing shifting priorities
• Experience working with data, and familiarity with AI/ML product lifecycles

Nice to have:

• Experience in the healthcare domain
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially Amazon Bedrock
• Familiarity with Claude Sonnet and other LLMs
• Experience with PoC (Proof-of-Concept) development and hypothesis testing approaches
• Agile certification (Scrum or similar)
