Description:As a BDM for the Data Labeling Services, you will lead initiatives to attract global clients seeking high-quality data annotation, tagging, and AI training services across industries such as autonomous vehicles, healthcare, e-commerce, and technology. Leveraging government-backed incentives and ecosystem support programs, your mission is to position the location as a trusted, scalable, and cost-efficient hub for data labeling and AI/ML support operations.
Essential Requirements:
-
Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken – mandatory
-
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in IT, outsourcing, or related sectors
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-
Ability to understand and explain technical services (AI/ML, data processing, annotation) to clients
-
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented personality
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience working with AI/ML, data annotation, or technology outsourcing companies
-
Knowledge of data labeling workflows and quality assurance standards
-
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach automation systems
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
-
Additional languages (Russian, Turkish, Arabic, etc.) are advantageous

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and identify potential clients in data labeling and AI training sectors

Manage communication and commercial negotiations with international clients and partners

Expand global sales channels and develop new business opportunities

Prepare and execute sales plans; analyze performance and statistical data

Process client requests and ensure timely and accurate follow-up

Provide information support and maintain regular contact with clients

Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, legal, accounting, project teams) to ensure efficient project delivery
