We are looking for a highly motivated and game-savvy professional to lead our efforts in attracting international game developers, publishers, and studios to open offices in Uzbekistan. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the gaming industry, who understands publishing and business development, and is eager to represent Uzbekistan on the global stage.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the gaming industry, including game publishing and studio operations

• Fluent in English and Korean; knowledge of Uzbek is a strong advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in negotiations, partnership building, or sales

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple international relationships

• Willingness to travel for global gaming conferences and B2B meetings

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to game developers and publishers worldwide

• Conduct online meetings and pitch Uzbekistan as a regional hub for game companies

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry stakeholders

• Represent Uzbekistan at international gaming conferences and business events

• Work closely with government and private stakeholders to support onboarding and expansion processes

• Track trends in the global gaming market to adjust attraction strategies

Nice to have

• Existing network in the gaming or game publishing industry

• Experience working in or with game studios, publishers, or gaming platforms

• Familiarity with incentive schemes, IT park benefits, or business setup in Uzbekistan

• Passion for games (as a player or developer)
