Juru is looking for a Business Development Specialist for Engineering Design & Management Business Unit based in Tashkent. We are looking for an energetic, driven and motivated young professional to be part of our team. You will provide reliable support to Head of BU and team heads as well as collaborate with all team members and other teams in business development and day-to-day operations.

Only shortlisted candidates will be selected.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain EDM BU in business development and administrative activities;
• Demonstrate flexibility as needed by the business
• Help identify and keep track of existing pipeline of new project opportunities
• Initiate and coordinate with teams and BD department the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interests (EoIs) and Proposals for new project opportunities
• Maintain verbal and email communications with prospects, clients and partners
• Prepare experts’ CVs in collaboration with experts and team members
• Support drafting of project references, expert biographies, company profile and other material for inclusion in the bidding documents
• Support the team heads and commercial & contract department in contract preparation and negotiation
• Schedule/participate in internal and meetings with prospects, clients, partners, and prepare MoMs, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Monitor the BU’s day-to-day, weekly and monthly schedules
• Support with En-Ru-Uz-En translations as of necessity
• Assist in organizing events and travels
• Assist with other duties of EDM BU, if necessary.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
• 0-3 years of work experience in a commercial and/or corporate environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian;
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages and Google workspace;
• Understanding of commercial fundamentals;
• Strong decision making and analytical skills;
• Highly organized, diligent and self-motivated multitasker;
• Sociable, friendly manner, team player.
